Xceda’s Business Finance loan products are typically available with some form of security. The security we require will differ depending on:
- the amount of the facility being sought
- the profile of the business
- the trading history and track record of the business
- the cash flow profile
- other factors to be assessed in the application stage
Generally our loans are secured in the following loan sizes:
- Up to $50,000 – Secured by General Security Agreement and director guarantees. This is our popular “Business 50” product
- Up to $100,000 – Secured by motor vehicles, stock or inventory, plant and equipment, or a property caveat
- Above $100,000 up to $500,000 – Secured by mortgages (first or second registered)
