Key features of an Equity Release Loan
Loan Purpose
Release equity in your existing property (owner-occupied or investment property) for purposes such as:
- paying for a holiday;
- buying a new property (including for your kids as “The Bank of Mum & Dad”);
- funding for your business; or
- any other discretionary spending.
Loan Structure
We can provide you with a lump sum payment or a line of credit, whatever is best for you to achieve your goals.
Interest Rates
From 9.95% to 12.95% p.a. The actual interest rate will depend on the borrower's circumstances and the information verified during the assessment of a loan application.
Loan Amounts
Loans up to $2,500,000 subject to the circumstances of the loan (e.g. location, eligibility criteria and lending limits).
Loan Terms
Up to 10 years based on your needs. If you are over 55 years of age, we can tailor the loan repayment date to your planned retirement and beyond.
Loan to Value (LVR)
Borrow up to 80% of the property value.
Repayment Options
Principal and Interest, or Interest Only (up to 2 years - followed by Principal and Interest payments for the remainder of the loan term).
