Loan Purpose

Our loans can be used to suit your needs for any purpose, including:

• Releasing equity in your home to provide a home deposit for your kids (the “Bank of Mum & Dad”);
• paying for a holiday;  
• funding for a new project or business; or
• any other discretionary spending (such as simply meeting your day-to-day living costs).

At Xceda we realise that many over 55 customers have built up equity in their home or investment properties, so we are here to help you use more of what’s already yours!

Loan Structures

We can provide you with a lump sum payment over a fixed term, or a line of credit that you can draw down whenever you wish. You can tailor the loan that allows you to achieve your goals. 

Interest Rates

From 9.95% to 12.95%. The actual interest rate will depend on the borrower's circumstances and the information verified during the assessment of a loan application.

Loan Amounts

Loans up to $1,000,000 subject to loan circumstances (e.g. location, eligibility criteria and lending limits).

Loan Terms

Up to 10 years based on your needs. We can tailor the loan repayment date up to your planned retirement date, or beyond if that is preferred.

Loan to Value (LVR)

Borrow up to 80% of the property value.

Repayment Options

Principal and Interest, or Interest Only (up to 2 years - followed by Principal and Interest payments for the remainder of the loan term).
